About Salma Trainor
Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I am the founder of Autumn Meadows Psychiatry and a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, licensed and registered in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I have a strong passion and desire to help patients feel better by improving sleep, decreasing anxiety, and improving mood.
I use a combination of medication management and psychotherapy to achieve your goals as we target symptoms that may be disruptive to your life. I take great care with every patient I treat to ensure they feel heard, respected, and understood. I work with you to get through a difficult time or to maintain a current regimen that perhaps is working well.
Throughout the years, I have had a successful nursing career working in settings such as inpatient adult and adolescent psychiatric units, the emergency department, and behavioral community health. These experiences have given me a significant edge in providing a supportive and comfortable space when engaging in treatment with individuals seeking care.
